Sales and GP%
Service writers
Close % = sold ÷ quoted. ELR = labor sales ÷ billed hours. Red: GP under 58% or close under 60%. Click a name for that person’s one-page report.
Where the estimates go — service writers
From the Tekmetric Realtime Service Writer report. Written = everything put on estimates. Unchecked = never marked approved or declined. Pending = waiting on the customer. Close % = sold ÷ written.

Productivity = billed hours ÷ hours on the clock. Goal 85% (RSOT goal #10). From the Timesheet and Technician Hours reports in the Upload Center — dates follow those files, not the date bar.
