Every member, their payment plan, cards to run, and services used. Run the card in Tekmetric, the card terminal or Venmo, then click ✓ Charged here. Never type a full card number on this site: last 4 digits only.
Load your customer list from Tekmetric (Customers → Export, CSV file), or copy the rows from Excel and paste them in the box. Then when you add a member, start typing a name or phone and pick them: phone, email and vehicle fill in by themselves. Each load replaces the old list.

Paste the Stripe Payment Link for each plan (from Stripe → Payment Links → Copy link; starts with https://buy.stripe.com/). Then use 📲 Stripe link on a member to text it to them. They enter their own card, and Stripe charges them every month by itself.
