About Membership

The Valued Auto Care Membership Program is designed to provide year-round cleaning services for your vehicles, at a greatly discounted price. We allow you to customize your membership by swapping out services when needed. Each package, except the Turbo, has either 4, 6 or 12 regular “Refresh Details” included, respectively. Each Refresh Detail will include the 7 services below. Every membership, except the Turbo, will be all-inclusive and will include the following services each time your vehicle is detailed:

Substitutions

We value being flexible and are happy to substitute detail services, when possible. We understand that sometimes you may want an engine wash instead of a vacuum. That's where “Add-On Services” comes in. You can simply swap an “Add-On” service with one that's normally included in your package, just ask us! We'll make every effort to make it happen. Substitutions are not available for the Turbo Package. Our available Add-On services include:

Application

Please complete our short application and allow up to 3 business days for processing. This application will include your personal information as well as your banking and credit card information for billing.

Perks of Membership

In addition to having your car regularly detailed, each package provides an additional 2, 3 or 4 complimentary annual wash and vacuum services, respectively. As an added benefit of membership, you can also receive 1 complimentary “Emergency Cleaning Service” per calendar year. This includes either an interior shampoo and steam cleaning for spills and stains, a full odor treatment including Ozone Air Treatment and chemical spray or lastly, an exterior cleaning for mud, tar or other road substances. The Emergency Cleaning Services includes (1) of these options not a combination of all 3 of these services. Nor does it include cleaning caused by damage from a natural disaster. If the size and scope of cleaning exceeds an estimated cleaning time of 1.5 hours, as determined by the Detail Specialist, an extra cleaning fee may be applied.

In addition to our already included services, we offer “Add-On” services. At any point in your membership, feel free to swap out any included services for any Add-On services to change things up. This allows you to have total control over customizing your membership.

These Membership Perks do not apply to the Turbo Package.

Automatic Payments

Two payment options are available, monthly and paying the balance in full. The first payment of any membership plan is due at the time of purchase and must be completed before the first detail. Monthly memberships are charged on the 1st day of each month. If a charge is returned for any reason, we will re-attempt to charge the card we have on file within 3 days of the initial attempt. If a membership is purchased on or after the 15th day of the month, the 2nd monthly payment will be due on the 1st of the following month.

Appointments

We ask that you keep your appointments whenever possible. We plan ahead and coordinate your cleaning with other loyal clients. If you're not able to keep your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice. Your First Detail (does not apply to Turbo Package)

Any vehicle enrolled in our membership program will initially have a deep clean, Gold Detail as their first detail. This will establish a baseline for your maintenance package. We kindly ask you to remove your personal items and anything of value before each detail.

For our current customers who want to switch over to a membership plan, we require that any vehicle on the plan have a previous Gold or Platinum Detail at least 3 months prior to the membership start date. This will ensure your car begins the membership plan with a clean baseline.

The initial Gold Detail will be included in all packages at no additional charge and is only available for new customers. After the initial deep clean, all remaining Refresh Details will be done as “maintenance” details. For the subsequent Refresh Details, we'll make every effort to clean any soiled surfaces. But there are limitations to how much we can clean certain areas. Seat belts and headliner as well as other surfaces can only be cleaned under certain circumstances as they contain extremely fragile or sensitive materials.

Extra Cleaning Fee (does not apply to Turbo Package)

Occasionally we may need to charge extra for cleaning. But this will only happen in rare situations. We will always contact you beforehand in the event extra cleaning is required to get your approval. The Extra Cleaning Fee will be triggered when excessive amounts of pet hair are present, there is excessive mud soiling on the exterior and under carriage or if there are numerous stains on the seats and in the carpets. This extra cleaning can potentially damage our equipment and will take much longer to complete. It could also negatively impact our schedule and ability to help other customers.

Limitations

Any complimentary service (the Wash & Vac or Emergency Cleaning Service) can be used at any time throughout the calendar year or in between details. One week of advance notice is required to schedule any complimentary service. Every effort will be made to promptly schedule and complete your comp services. Complimentary services and details are not transferable to other individuals, family members or vehicles. Detail Gift Certificates will, however, be available at a 15% discount for members only. One membership plan per individual vehicle as switching the detail to a non-maintained vehicle would be both time and labor intensive.

All services, both paid and complimentary, must be completed within the year. Comp services cannot carry over to a different year. Starting from the purchase date or “Anniversary Date” and ending at 11:59pm on the last day of your membership year. Your “Anniversary” date is the date your membership starts.

If, during the course of your membership, your monthly payment is returned 3 or more times, we reserve the right to cancel your membership, charge a $35 Returned Item Fee per item and refund any unused credit.

Switching Plans

If, during your membership year, you decide to switch plans, you can either receive a partial refund for your remaining balance or any remaining paid balance can be applied to the new plan total. The month you decide to switch plans, we'll include that month's full cost into your old plan and balance. Your new plan and balance will start on the 1st day of the next month.

At the end of your membership year, you'll have the opportunity to renew your current membership or switch plans completely.

Your Personal Belongings

Before each detail and vacuum, your personal items will be temporarily removed from your vehicle and placed in a bag for safekeeping with your name on it. After the detail this bag will be placed on your front seat or in the trunk. For your privacy, it's Valued Auto Care's policy to not open your glovebox or center console unless you've given us prior written approval.

Mobile Services

Any membership detail or wash and vacuum package can be done as a mobile service. But if you're interested in saving money, bring your car to us and save 10% on your membership!

For our customers who live 25 miles or more from our facility in downtown Franklin, Tennessee, we'll charge a $30 Travel Fee for each service visit, up to 40 miles. Customers who are 41 miles or more will be charged a $65 travel fee per visit up to 75 miles.

Premium Services

These services can be purchased at any time and can be added to any cleaning appointment. For a greatly discounted price not available to anyone else, the following Premium Services are available:

Exclusions

These details will not include cleaning the following: Excessive amounts of pet hair, excessively soiled exteriors, wheels or undercarriages and multiple stains on seats, carpets or headliners. These can cause either damaged equipment or a longer cleaning time. All vehicles will be thoroughly inspected prior to starting. Pictures and video will be taken before and after service to document our work and progress. Any excessively soiled areas will be pointed out and potentially priced accordingly as an “Extra Cleaning Fee”, beforehand.

The interior of the glove box and center console will not be cleaned, opened or touched without the signed, written consent of the owner.

Complimentary and free services are not included in the Turbo Package.

Cancellation

You're free to cancel your membership at any time and receive a refund of any balance credited to your account. However, should you cancel after the initial deep clean, Gold Detail, you will be charged the regular price of a Gold Detail for your vehicle classification as well as any other service used under your brief membership plan.

Membership agreement

I have read and agree to the provisions and conditions of the Valued Auto Care LLC Membership Program. I have been given a copy of this Membership Program. I understand that I must apply for membership and provide personal information, addresses, phone numbers, banking and credit card information and other personal details. I agree to allow Valued Auto Care LLC to make monthly, recurring debits from my bank account or credit card, as agreed, for payment of my detail membership plan until such a time as I terminate my membership agreement. I understand that Valued Auto Care LLC will not sell any of my personal information and they will only send promotional materials and information with my permission. I also understand that Valued Auto Care LLC reserves the right to amend these conditions and change membership prices without prior notice. I understand that I may terminate my membership at any time and will receive a refund of any remaining account credit.

Glove box and center console consent

I, the undersigned, agree to allow Valued Auto Care LLC and its associates, employees or any contracted employees, to open and clean the personal interior compartments of the “glove box” and “center console” in any of my personal vehicles. I also understand the contents of said compartments may be temporarily removed while cleaning but will be put back as soon as possible.
