Change my passwordSaves a copy of all shop data on the site (team, time off, tasks, messages, Riley, tech cost, sales, uploads) into one file. Do it every Friday. Put the file in your private Google Drive folder "Fil-Co Site Backups". The file has pay and personal info: never email it or share it.
Uploaded files (PDFs, pictures in the Library and Benefits) are not inside this file; only their names are listed. If the site is ever hacked, keep this file safe and ask Claude to help put it back.
Leave every box empty for techs and service advisors. Any box here makes the person a manager on the site.
Only needed if the Send invite button ever stops working.
